The BioAdvance team is dedicated to finding, funding and growing the most innovative and sound life sciences technologies which have the ability to improve human health and positively impact the region's economy. BioAdvance investment team members have decades of experience in biotechnology, scientific and clinical medicine, law, global venture capital, and international bioscience company management.

We devote part of every day to helping entrepreneurs establish a successful track record, whether through raising capital or achieving business milestones or even selling his or her company. We provide advice on business strategy; introduce companies to potential investors, corporate partners, board members and employees; and help them locate experts, consultants, facilities, manufacturers, lawyers and other resources. Additional support is provided to portfolio companies by team members in functional areas such as finance and marketing communications.
